Associate Director, International Collaboration (Asia)

• Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding expected sales goals in own territory
• Work with the Director of Global Collaboration to create MOU”s with top level universities and associations.
• Work with the Global Collaboration Director to develop a strategy for growth tailored for individual territories and key accounts
• Monitor revenue and market share performance for own territory. Compile reports on revenue trends at both account, territory and product level within China, Singapore, and South Korea.
• Submit revenue projections when requested
• Serve as leading expert of assigned given territory. Stay abreast of market trends, changes and developments and provide regular feedback to Global Collaboration Director
• Make recommendations for new advertising products, product enhancements and sales packages.
• Record all activities in Sales Force and keep account and contact information current and accurate
• Build partnerships and develop opportunities for Custom Publishing products, Prizes and Meetings

Qualifications/Experience

• BA/BS degree, and sales/advertising experience preferred
• At least five years in media or other relevant market sales experience with a proven track record in delivering sales success in a face to face and telephone/online selling environment, media sales experience would be an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and networking skills, with experience of delivering sales presentations to a range of customers, from entry-level agency executives to chief executives and Vice Presidents and Presidents of universities
• Good written and verbal English skills
• Strong technology skills in contemporary software and CRM packages including Microsoft Office and Sales Force
