Job Details

What you´ll do

  • Responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers
  • Consult customers on solutions generating value for their use cases, and perform technical visits for customers with documentation in the systems (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.)
  • Work with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes; Leverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer service, and identify new business opportunities for sales colleagues
  • Supervise the laboratory work for samples coming from customers, and report technical results to customers; Report quality issues and customer claims to relevant parts of the organizations
  • Responsible for products application, technical training and coaching of field sales forces and customers; Promote internally innovations and best learnings cross accounts
  • Directly communicate with sales, marketing, product development, innovation, application engineering and/or project team


What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, polymer, material or chemical engineering is required
  • Excellent command of MS Office is required
  • Native in Korean and good communication in English is required
  • Able to go business trips aboard and/or countrywide
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple functional departments
  • Ability to carry out project tasks on a self-directed basis
