The group of Istvan Kovacs is currently recruiting postdoctoral researchers in the area of biological networks. Current projects are centered around the following topics: higher-order and signed genetic, chemical-genetic and drug-drug interactions; brain networks; network and data embedding.
The projects are theoretical and computational, in collaboration with experimental partners. The ideal candidate has a PhD in physics, mathematics, computer science, bioinformatics or a related field, with outstanding communication skills and a demonstrated ability to conduct innovative research.
