Tenure Track Faculty Position in Physiology

The Department of Physiology of the School of Medicine of the University of Puerto Rico invites applications from scientists for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant/Associate Professor.  Exceptional candidates may be considered for a senior position.  Candidates must have a Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree with appropriate post-doctoral training, a strong record of research accomplishments, and the ability to establish and maintain an independent research program that complements existing strengths within the Department. Preference will be given to candidates that currently have an externally funded research program in Physiology.  He/she will also participate in medical, dental, and graduate education and training.  The closing date for applications is January 31, 2025.  Applications must include a cover letter describing their research program and interests, their teaching experience and future plans, a curriculum vitae, and the names of three potential references to: Annabell C.
