Alden Scientific is looking for an experienced Clinical Research Associate to work on the company’s IRB-approved Aurora Discovery Study focused on health management and longevity. This team member will manage our Boston, MA site and perform local and remote blood draw appointments.

Specific tasks include phlebotomy and biospecimen processing, maintaining lab inventory, reviewing clinical data, and providing excellent customer service to Alden Scientific’s members. You will receive training on Alden Scientific’s specific study protocols and be a member of a talented team of physicists, mathematicians, and biologists, who collaborate in a low-ego, and casual learning environment. 

Alden Scientific offers a hybrid work structure. Some travel required; may include some nights and weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strict attention to detail and ability to carefully follow protocols
  • Ability to quickly adopt and execute new protocols
  • Passionate about human health and longevity
  • 3+ years experience as a phlebotomist or nurse
  • Certified with the National Phlebotomy Association or similar certification and training
