The Department of Biological Sciences is seeking a biochemist with experimental research focused on cancer biology or cancer-relevant signaling pathways in model organisms. The successful candidate may be a senior scientist Professor/Associate Professor with a strong record of research and external funding, or an entry-level scientist of exceptional promise for appointment at the Assistant Professor level. The candidate must have a demonstrated commitment to experimental research and teaching. A Ph.D. in a biochemistry-related discipline, postdoctoral training, and publications in peer-reviewed journals are required for all entry levels. Teaching experience and a record of extramural funding and team management experience are required above the Assistant Professor level.
