Job Details
- Lead international supply chain projects, including relocation, tendering, onboarding processes, new program implementations, and supplier optimization within the automotive industry
- Organize and coordinate production ramp-ups with European and international contract manufacturers, maintaining strong relationships with partners to meet project deadlines
- Oversee and analyze manufacturing processes in injection molding, e.g. including OEE monitoring and shopfloor management
- Work closely with suppliers to effectively resolve issues during crisis periods
- Optimize and manage processing costs within the assigned portfolio, ensuring cost-efficiency and fostering continuous improvement
- Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, including purchasing, supply chain, engineering, quality, business functions, and external partners, to create a cooperative working environment
- Support safety, health, environmental, and quality audits with a responsible approach, ensuring compliance and promoting operational excellence
- Coordinate technical and operational topics (e.g., technical specifications) between Henkel and suppliers to ensure alignment and meet technical and operational requirements
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering or related field
- Min. 3 years of professional work experience in the field of operations/manufacturing, project management or supply chain management.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is essential
- Proven project management skills to coordinate a cross-functional project team
- Open minded with willingness to find solutions out of the box
- Fluent English skills are a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams
- Good MS Office skills are required, SAP experience is an advantage
- Willingness to travel
- B category driving licence
