YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for leading New Product Introduction and feasibility study review, take lead and work closely with internal & external team for issues troubleshooting during the process of new product introduction.
  • Responsible for new product scale up trial coordination to better meet customer's demand.
  • Responsible for setting up systems, such as FG MMD/BOM/SOP maintenance& new package IDH creation.
  • Responsible for NPI related procedure documents management.
  • Participate in Henkel SHEQ management system, ROHS, 5S system, ISO 9001/ISO 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 related Management Requirements and Continuous Improvement.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor degree.
  • 0~1 working experience, fresh graduated student is also welcomed.
  • Good English skills, fluent oral English is better.
  • Good communication skills and a good team player.
  • Chemical background is preferred.
