Ongoing research in the division includes the study of diverse rheumatic diseases using animal models, human tissues, and blood samples and cutting-edge technologies, as well as clinical research on patient cohorts.

The ideal candidate will be based within the laboratory of D. Branch Moody, M.D.  Dr. Moody’s research focuses on metabolomic analysis of human cells and pathogenic bacteria, and on the development of bioinformatic methods of analysis of mass spectrometry datasets and genetic testing of immunological phenotypes.
