YOUR ROLE

  • Problem solving coordination for Off spec batches and internal complaint.
  • Problem solving coordination for product customer complaint.
  • Corrective and preventive actions follow up and effectiveness check.
  • Continuous improvement projects.
  • Process and product audit and review.
  • OSMI handling proposal.
  • Customer specific requirements implementation.
  • YOUR ROLE CAN OFFER YOU

  • Understand Quality management system.
  • Understand site operation process.
  • Understand problem solving tool and process.
  • Build up experience in the project management.


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor degree or above. Preferring chemical related majors or work experience.
  • Have QE work experience and 8D report writing experience.
  • Familiar with data statistical analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and logical thinking.
  • Open personality and good teamwork.
  • Good reading and writing in English. Basic English communication is needed.
  • 6 Sigma green belt is preferred.
