YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a forward-thinking Digital Transformation Manager to support our evolution into a product-oriented, agile organization. In this role, you will lead and support strategic initiatives that drive cultural, technological, and operational transformation. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will identify organizational opportunities, design innovative solutions, and implement impactful changes that elevate user engagement, enhance service excellence, and streamline business operations.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strategies for leveraging data and analytics
  • Drive organizational change by translating data and analytics strategies and frameworks into actionable initiatives, supported by measurable success KPIs
  • Evaluate organizational culture and implement initiatives that cultivate purpose, collaboration, and engagement at all levels
  • Analyse roles, responsibilities, and workflows and define operating models that enhance collaboration and accountability
  • Define current and future workforce requirements and deliver training programs to equip teams for technological advancements
  • Steer transformational projects and guide cross-functional teams to achieve key milestones and strategic objectives


YOUR SKILLS

  • Excellent university degree, preferably in business management, business psychology, analytics, or similar field
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2-3 years in data and analytics or digital transformation
  • Experience in developing actionable data and analytics strategies with measurable KPIs, and aligning initiatives with organizational goals
  • Experience in driving cultural and operational transformations and delivering training to prepare teams for technological advancements
  • Strong project management capabilities, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels
  • A leadership mindset coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit, possessing strong analytical skills and a high level of problem-solving competence
  • Proficient oral and written communication and presentation skills in both English and German
