YOUR ROLE

  • Active contribution to shaping Adhesive Technologies’ strategy for sustainability by further accelerating circular materials, with focus on raw materials
  • Responsible for setting up a renewable carbon baseline (together with IT, regulatory and product development) including its calculation methodologies as well as tracking mechanisms and ensure a CSRD compliant reporting mechanism
  • Supporting the development of a) circularity targets, b) tracking of circularity roadmaps & progress reporting and c) supporting specific circularity project along our technologies in conjunction with Purchasing & our business
  • Supporting the strategic evaluation & selection of internal and external supply chain certification systems such as mass-balance certification


YOUR SKILLS

  • Master's degree in Sustainability, Business Administration or (Chemical) engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sustainability and/or technical roles (ideally in the chemical or related material industry) paired with an affinity to data/data analytics
  • Background and experience in sustainability, purchasing, marketing or data analytics is a plus
  • Good understanding of complexity of products, technologies, and value chains required
  • Individual with both strategic and analytical mindset, strong project management skills, and passion about driving change and challenging the status quo
  • Fluent English language skills

Minimum salary: 1 900 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
