YOUR ROLE
The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the planning and delivery of Facilities & Fleet Management, Security Management, SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) and Sustainability in Italy. He / she is also responsible for people leadership, for representing the department in the local Executive Committee as well as on European Leadership level and for reporting on related KPIs in line with legal and Henkel requirements including ESG reporting. The Infrastructure Manager will be in charge of the following activities:
- Leading a team of more than 10 employees responsible for all infrastructure services areas, i.e. Facilities & Fleet Management, Security Management, SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) and Sustainability.
- Identifying, initiating and leading local projects within allocated budgets.
- Overseeing and controlling the implementation of standards, policies and guidelines.
- Developing and maintaining strategic, sustainable and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (such as authorities, regulators, suppliers, professional associations).
- Implementing global and regional strategic projects in his/her country.
- Developing and promoting excellence and expertise across all infrastructure services areas.
- Coordinating the response to potential high impact events in his/her country (such as emergency mgt., crisis mgt., threat mgt., duty of care).
- Participating and contributes in relevant external networks.
YOUR SKILLS
- An academic education with a Master’s degree is required
- At least 6 years relevant proven experience in Real Estate, Facility Management, SHE, Security and/or Risk Management and projects handling in mentioned areas
- People leadership experience, judgement and analytical skills as well as proactive engagement, autonomy and resilience
- Very good communication skills as well as fluency in English and good knowledge of Italian
- Strong project management skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
