YOUR ROLE:
- Join the great Henkel DevSecOps team, with strong focus on applying DevSec practices across Henkel worldwide.
- As a DevSecOps engineer, you can influence DevSecOps principles and culture across the organization and advance our DevSecOps approach.
- You will analyze vulnerabilities and guide development teams on remediation.
- You will lead and organize vulnerability management of our team at Henkel.
- You will maintain and develop automation scripts for our world leading DevSecOps tool stack, collaborate with development teams and application owners on the integration of security scanners in Azure and Azure DevOps, review their effectiveness and improve business cases to adapt to new threats.
- You set out DevSecOps requirements in concepts and policies, in line with best practice, technology trends and cyberthreats.
- You can learn from excellent team members and make yourself an industry expert
YOUR SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree or above in IT, IT-Security, or related fields.
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in similar roles.
- Proficient oral and written English language skills • Experience and deep understanding of vulnerabilities e.g. OWASP Top 10
- Robust organization skills and dependable management mentality over owned topics like vulnerability management
- Good programming skills e.g. python, yaml.
- Knowledge and understanding of some IT-Security topics e.g. vulnerability management, pen testing, SCA, DAST, SAST, Secret scanning, DevSec and preferably some IT topics e.g. CI/CD pipelines, Azure, Azure DevOps, software engineering, web technologies.
- Great team player, with self-organization and hands-on mentality.
- Compassionate about working and supporting development teams and application owners.
- Security certifications are appreciated or willing to obtain in future
