YOUR ROLE

  • Leads quality qualification of new, regulated manufacturing sites and suppliers including initial risk assessment, leading on-site quality audits and driving corrective action, and providing final approval for site qualification.
  • Provides Quality support to all Henkel internal manufacturing sites, aiding in issue resolution and driving continuous improvement based upon site KPI performance, issues identified in region, and Henkel requirements. Works with sites to ensure that Root Cause Analysis and Corrective / Preventive actions are taken and effective.
  • Supports delivery and training on quality standards and FDA GMP requirements.
  • On-site plant trial and zero production support.
  • Supports sites during visits from government regulatory auditors. Coordinates audit observations corrective actions and response. Leads regulated product crisis intervention


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S. engineering or science field preferred) or equivalent; minimum 5 years related experience in an FDA regulated environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and passport.
  • Strong analytical / problem solving ability.
  • Strong communication skills - demonstrated ability to communicate and present to all levels of an organization.
  • Computer and Software Skills - Microsoft Office and Visio
  • Ability to be a strong collaborator and influencer through cross functional teams

The salary for this role is $100,000.00- $125,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
