YOUR ROLE
- Support colleagues in relation to selection of packaging for various Henkel products, e.g. Pritt, Pattex, Loctite, Tangit by providing technical evaluations of product and pack suitability with focus on Dangerous Goods
- Assist colleagues in identifying and sourcing various packaging options internally and externally
- Create specifications for Henkel operations and other business functions
- Be involved in packaging development projects for new and existing products, e.g. packaging and labelling projects, special projects
- Upon positive evaluation of internship performances, may be possibilities to move forward with an exciting and dedicated 3-6 months thesis project in packaging
YOUR SKILLS
- Student in the field of engineering or physical science, e.g. production engineering, polymer science, material science, chemistry, engineering design, mechanical engineering
- Previous experience working in the chemical or packaging industry be beneficial, but not essential
- Fluency in English language is required, knowledge of another language, e.g. German or Spanish, is a plus
- Good IT skills in MS Office, SharePoint, SAP is an advantage but not essential
- Strong relationship skills and capacity of meeting projects deadlines
- Good organizational skills and sense of organization
- Aptitude for presenting would be valuable
We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
