Job Details
- Lead OT security implementation in dedicated plants around the globe
- Support plant management & engineers and business stakeholders to assess OT security status and implement mitigation measures
- Manage involved 3rd parties and keep an overview on latest OT security technology
- Assess and evaluate IT and OT projects, applications, and organizations for cyber security risks to our business and conformity with our standards
- Explain cyber security requirements and associated risks to technical and non-technicalpeople from expert level to upper management
- Define security measures, drive their implementation, and ensure their effective operation to manage Henkel’s cyber risks
What makes you a good fit
- Master's degree in cyber security, computer science, or engineering
- 2-5 years of professional experience in a similar role Technical experience in OT security and OT in general - from either IT or manufacturing perspective
- Track record as a project manager, while first experience as a team lead is beneficial
- Well-settled experience in IT and OT security management with the ability to deep-dive into technical topics
- Fluent in English and at least one other language
