YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for new product and technology development of epoxy and acrylic adhesive products for the electronics market
- Implement formulation changes, raw material screening and data collection
- Support the success of various projects and maintain the laboratory
- Collaborate with application engineers and sales to deliver innovative solutions and resolve technical issues
- Work closely with regional and global technical teams to collaborate and leverage technology
- Follow the company’s SHE rules, and participate site safety and 5S programs
- Be responsible for leading and ensuring a safe working environment and SHE compliance
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, polymer or chemical engineering is required
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in related field is required
- Experience with epoxy or acrylic adhesive development is strongly preferred
- Experience in thermal and mechanical analysis is preferred
- Excellent command of MS Office is required
- Native in Korea and good communication in English is required
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple functional departments
