YOUR ROLE

  • Executes the operational plan of engineering tasks based on engineering designs and work specifications
  • Works closely with external contractors and ensures the quality of delivered services and products; Sets up and/or adjusts complex equipment according to manufacturing specifications
  • Identifies and implements opportunities of process optimization; Provides technical expertise in production and process systems
  • Provides accurate and timely technical assistance to support operations with effective and sustainable solutions, by driving the root cause analysis of reported issues, defining the mitigating actions, and ensuring their implementation
  • Provides and manages plant facility and production equipment maintenance with TPM methodology, and defines overall maintenance plans and strategy
  • Implements continuous improvement and drives automation to support production efficiency; Uses innovative technologies to achieve automation and digitalization strategy for production lines
  • Spares parts controls with proper stock level based on impact analysis; Manages equipment maintenance activities and records


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering is required
  • Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in Engineering and Maintenance of manufacturing environment is required
  • Experience in maintenance, TPM procedures and/or project management is required
  • Process simulation (discrete and/or continuous events) and process analytics background is a plus
  • Good knowledge in CAD, MS Project, MS office or Revit is preferred; PLC or electricity certificate is preferred
  • Good communication skill in English is preferred and Korean is a must
