PROGRAM OVERVIEW
HRP is a 24-month rotational program for Adhesive Technologies. The program is designed to attract and develop a talent pipeline with accelerated knowledge of Henkel gained through immersive learning experiences, that leads to diverse career opportunities across our Adhesives business in the United States.
During the program you will:
- Be exposed to diverse aspects of the Adhesives business through rotations, in different business units and divisions.
- Work on exciting tasks and own projects
- Participate in individually tailored learning sessions that ensure your professional development.
- Receive high level of visibility and guidance from a mentor, subject matter experts and senior leaders throughout the program.
YOUR ROLE
- You will support the technical needs of our customers through lab-based and customer-facing projects and activities, such as performance validation and data generation for new product introductions, designing test methods for new applications, and much more.
- You will spend approximately 8 months in each rotation where you will be exposed to multiple adhesive technologies and different customer markets.
- You will work with cross-functional colleagues in functions like sales, product development, marketing, and others to solve key technical challenges for our customers.
- Mobility is required. You will be required to relocate for your rotations to different Henkel Corporate sites during your 24-month program. Locations are based on business need and will be at one of our Henkel Corporate locations. Your first rotational location will be announced prior to your start date (Rocky Hill, CT, Madison Heights, MI, Bridgewater, NJ). At the end of the program, based on performance, you may be offered your next exciting role in one of our business units where the knowledge and expertise learned through the program will propel your career forward.
YOUR SKILLS
- BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry or similar degree required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Problem solving and analytical thinking skills required.
- Demonstrated academic achievement (3.0 or above is preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership ability and collaboration within teams (previous internship/co-op experience is preferred).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Available for full-time employment in July 2025.
- Salary range will be $70,000 - 75,000.
- Position does not offer immigration sponsorship or support.
The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $75,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
