YOUR ROLE

  • Drives and executes new product development projects mainly in the area of thermal materials
  • Provides technical support service to Manufacturing and Quality as required
  • Tests or supervises tests on product stability and performance
  • Approves technical readiness of raw materials and products as well as first production
  • Keep close relationship and exchange to Henkel sales and AD functions
  • Assures all new products meet internal chemical health and safety requirements
  • Report and presentation generation in Indian and/or English for internal purposes


YOUR SKILLS

  • Master in chemical engineering / chemistry or PHD.
  • Ideally experienced within the field of Thermal Conductive Materials
  • Highly self-organized way of working.
  • Good teamworking and communication skills.
  • IT skills in Excel, PowerPoint; statistical data analysis of advantage.
