YOUR ROLE

  • responsable de liderar el desarrollo y la mejora de productos innovadores, alineados con las necesidades del mercado y los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa. En este rol, el profesional aplicará su experiencia en química de adhesivos y materiales para diseñar, formular y optimizar soluciones.
  • Investigar nuevas tecnologías y materiales que puedan ofrecer ventajas en términos de rendimiento, sostenibilidad y costos.
  • Planificar y ejecutar ensayos de laboratorio para evaluar el desempeño de los productos en condiciones controladas, así como en escenarios de uso real.
  • Interpretar datos experimentales y utilizar herramientas estadísticas para asegurar la fiabilidad de los resultados.
  • Realizar estudios de compatibilidad con diferentes sustratos y condiciones ambientales (temperatura, humedad, etc.).
  • Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos de ingeniería de productos, producción, calidad y marketing para garantizar la viabilidad y competitividad de los nuevos productos.
  • Coordinar con proveedores de materias primas y evaluar nuevas fuentes de materiales y tecnologías.


YOUR SKILLS

  • Título universitario en Química, Ingeniería Química, Materiales, Ciencia de Polímeros o áreas afines.
  • Mínimo de 3 a 5 años de experiencia en investigación y desarrollo de Polímeros, Concretos, Adhesivos o productos químicos, preferiblemente en industrias como automotriz, electrónica, construcción o manufactura
  • Experiencia en formulación de adhesivos y pruebas de productos, tanto en laboratorio como en procesos piloto.
  • SAP
  • Ingles Avanzado
