YOUR ROLE

  • Become a thought leader on BI, analytics & visualization and empower the global self-service Power BI community at Henkel
  • Serve as internal Power BI expert, continuously adopting new and innovative practices and develop and showcase proof-of-concept solutions using Power BI
  • Establish and maintain standards, best practices, and educational materials for Power BI usage and train Power BI users and business analysts across the organization
  • Deliver presentations on Power BI and analytics topics to audiences of varying sizes, both virtually and in person and organize internal user group meetings
  • Work closely with users of all expertise levels to design, guide, and implement Power BI solutions for strategic business projects
  • Ensure alignment with Henkel’s data architecture guidelines, Power BI CoE standards, governance frameworks, and business requirements


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, communications or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI development and experience with analytical reporting, data visualization, and related tools and techniques
  • Strong ability to transform complex data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights and understanding of data warehousing architecture concepts
  • Experience leading a data self-service community, including governance, best practice sharing, and education
  • Proven experience collaborating with business stakeholders at all levels to support decision-making through Power BI
  • Strong communication skills, with a proven track record in leading visualization design and dashboard creation sessions
  • Experience with Azure analytics suite, Databricks and programming languages like Python is a plus and PL-300 Microsoft
  • Power BI Data Analyst certification preferred
  • Proficiency in English
