YOUR ROLE

  • Focus on Yantai MFG execution throughout production workshops based on MPS and MRP. Schedule at production workshop level to ensure optimal utilization of plant resources such as labor, machine, materials, process, QC etc. and meet customers' supply requirements. Improve production efficiency and reduce overtime by optimizing scheduling. Measured by MSA-manufacturing schedule adherence to ensure supply reliability.
  • Monitor production progress, adjusting production plans to ensure timely and accurate production. Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate the impact of unexpected events on production schedules.
  • Coordinate and communicate production needs and resource allocation among departments as well as Collaborate with production teams, supply planning team, Q. WH and PE/NPI team to resolve production bottlenecks and to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
  • Analyze and evaluate the execution of production plans, provide relevant reports, Analyze production data (output, quality, and cost indicators etc.) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement to support decision-making and enhancing production efficiency.
  • Analyze production issues and bottlenecks, proposing corresponding improvement measures. Participate in the formulation and adjustment of overall production plans, providing relevant analysis and forecasting reports.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Strictly implement system requirements such as SHEQ management standards and other relevant procedure etc. and carry out other work related to production scheduling.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with around one year of relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good English communication and writing abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in creating PPT presentations. And Possess certain data analysis capabilities.
  • Strong stress tolerance and ability to work well under pressure.
