YOUR ROLE

  • As the adhesive Global Process Owner you are in charge of governance, analysis, improvement and implementation of our TPM solution SPARC
  • You will ensure effective and efficient execution for users in order to achieve operational excellence for Adhesives and supporting Henkel Consumer Brand alignment
  • As Adhesive Global Process Owner you will define, implement and govern global process standards that ensure the realization of BU long- and short-term objectives and strategy
  • In agreement with other BUs you will be responsible to monitor and manage our Trade Promotion processes setup to match new business needs in collaboration with regional process owners and key user community
  • You will drive continuous process improvement, development of tools and systems enabling enhanced process automation in the respective area
  • You will act as highest de-escalation contact for the processes across all regions
  • You will be responsible to approve / reject requirement requests in light template safeguarding and in alignment with functional leads
  • You will approve/reject requirement requests according quality and completeness of Business case to ensure efficient prioritization of product backlog
  • You will be working in a dynamic and diverse global team to achieve best in class TPM solutions


YOUR SKILLS

  • You bring with you a solid experience of more than 5 years in sales process management from execution to planning
  • You have a solid functional understanding of the OtC process in the area of pricing, accruals and settlement
  • You understand the planning process from promotion to account planning and you have a strong communication and change management skill
  • You have been confronted with international environment and developed a solid stakeholder management capability
  • In your experience you have initiated and shaped diverse initiatives (e.g. new KPIs, process improvement)
  • Intercultural management skills
  • Operational experience in Sales, KAM and/or Field, SAP OtC knowledge, SAP BTP understanding
  • Fluent English skills
