YOUR ROLE

  • Provide timely customer support - internal and external.
  • Coordinate open tickets in Customer Query Tool Follow up on contributor input and open tickets.
  • Provide input on process improvements
  • Provide input on systems improvements
  • Record customer complaints regarding product health and exposure issues and work with Regional PSRA teams to take appropriate action.
  • Participate to the degree necessary in the preparation of customer specific forms and other customer support activities (e.g., support via customer portals), as required.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, chemistries and processes.
  • Assist and collaborate with other Regulatory Affairs Groups around the world.
  • Confirm compliance with chemical control regulations (e.g., U.S. TSCA, REACH)
  • Provide support for PSRA regional/global projects


YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Should have a degree into Masters/bachelor’s in Chemistry/Bio-chemistry/ Bio-technology
  • Should posses excellent costumer service skills & have experience in project management
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
