YOUR ROLE
- Take responsibility for our Customer Programs end-to-end, managing internal and external stakeholders
- Lead your program team to drive the completion of programs within time, budget, and scope constraints
- Measure, track, and report on program performance, including key milestones
- Consult customers on solutions generating value for their use cases and perform technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.)
- Leverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer service and identify new business opportunities for sales colleagues
- Responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers
- May supervise the laboratory work (incl. prioritization) for samples coming from customers, and report technical results to customers
- Promote internally SBU innovations and best learnings cross accounts
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable
- Strong strategic and operational project management skills, including goal setting, governance, and team leadership
- Ability to measure, track, and report on program performance and milestones effectively
- Experience in identifying and addressing areas for improvement, managing risks, and implementing countermeasures
- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of successfully liaising between project teams and external customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in specifics of Automotive Product Development, Quality Management and Manufacturing Process excellence
- PM Certification is a plus
- Fluent German and English language skills, spoken and in written
