YOUR ROLE
- Provide expert consultation on data architectures, acting as the first point of contact for new analytics use cases & data products, while ensuring alignment with Henkel's data platform strategies & governance
- Lead the onboarding of new and diverse data sources, ensuring seamless integration while upholding the highest quality standards and data governance
- Combine your technical expertise and collaborative mindset to define and implement standardized data architectures across various technologies and platforms
- Take the lead in shaping and advancing Henkel’s data mesh, ensuring to promote scalability, governance, and inclusivity in our data management approach
- Partner with cross-functional teams from business and digital products to translate diverse business needs into flexible, innovative data architecture solutions & technologies
- Drive the pre-assessment and approval of data architectures, fostering collaboration with the data platform team to maintain integrity, security, and trust in our data assets
YOUR SKILLS
- Masters Degree in Computer Science, IT Management & Technology or related field
- At least 9 years of relevant work experience in AI & data analytics, data strategy & governance, or platform technology
preferred Microsoft Azure, Databricks, SAP BTP and Datasphere knowledge - Strong strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to envision and communicate a clear roadmap for AI and analytics implementation that aligns with organizational objectives
- In-depth knowledge of data governance principles, data analytics techniques, operating models, analytics advisory and IT strategy
- Fluent in English and German language skills preferred
