YOUR ROLE
- Providing technical expertise in production systems under responsibility.
- Working with cross-functional teams, delivering engineering support for capital investment projects throughout the entire project life cycle (from feasibility analysis to the vertical start-up).
- Being accountable for basic and detailed engineering deliverables (review, supervise and develop).
- Coordinating and interacting with Henkel preferred suppliers to drive the continuous improvement of Henkel Consumer Brands process units and relevant machinery standards.
- Technology development and scouting to integrate to Henkel environment.
- Developing and maintaining documentation standards for engineering activities (as machinery standards/specifications, test and acceptance plans, validation procedures).
- Proactive driver of smart digital/innovative solutions.
- Providing accurate and timely technical assistance support to operation with effective and sustainable solutions, by driving the root cause analysis of reported issues, defining the mitigating actions, and ensuring their successful implementation.
- Promoting information exchange between different stakeholders, actively coaching, developing tools, building documentation, and sharing of knowledge.
YOUR SKILLS
- University Degree in an engineering discipline (preferably mechanical, electrical, industrial, or chemical engineering).
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in process engineering/project management/technology management in a manufacturing environment preferably in Chemical Processes.
- Experience in the management of large-scale Capital Investment projects ($50M USD.
- Strong project management skills (including time, budget, quality processes and tools).
- Strong Conflict management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong change management skills that can persuade & lead with conviction.
- Comfort with time reporting systems.
- CAD software / MS Project experience.
- Familiarity with reading P&IDs.
- Strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and quality.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with multi-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
The salary for this role is $170,000.00 - $190,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
