YOUR ROLE

  • Manage and organize all production activities: lean manufacturing is fundamental
  • Fulfill SHEQ requirements related to the standards (ISO certifications knowledge is a plus)
  • Implement a production strategy to ensure efficient production and high quality products
  • Deliver against production performance KPIs, budget and projects
  • Set up and execute development plans for production personnel
  • Ensure operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations


YOUR SKILLS

  • Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or related fields
  • At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role is required
  • Well developed people management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Results-oriented and passionate
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • SAP skills
