YOUR ROLE

  • Coordinate all Lean activities/projects taking place in the production site.
  • Ensure that all improvement activities are followed through to successful completion.
  • Ensure that any roadblocks are highlighted, escalated and addressed.
  • Regularly review the results of improvement activity against the expected results and take action as appropriate.
  • Conduct cost and benefit analysis.
  • Provide reports and updates of the Lean activities to the Site Management Team.
  • Provide the standards and tools to assure the implementation of HPS (Henkel Production System).
  • Provide training on standards and tools.
  • Train and mentor teams to drive improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Ensuring that reporting requirements are communicated and met via agreed formats.


YOUR SKILLS

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related.
  • You have an excellent knowledge (written and spoken) in English, and either French or Dutch.
  • You have knowledge of Lean Production and Lean tools.
  • Preferred: You are Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
  • You have a a first experience in leading Continuous Improvements projects/programs in a manufacturing environment.
  • You have strong people leadership skills, you are able to lead and influence others.
