YOUR ROLE
- Join the Henkel cybersecurity team, supporting others in applying security practices in their organizations
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments of IT systems, projects and organizations
- Advise colleagues on best practices in information security and cybersecurity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into business processes, IT organizations and IT systems
- Develop and implement information security and cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for management, highlighting findings and recommendations
- You can learn from excellent team members and make yourself an industry expert
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree or above in IT, IT-Security, or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent
- Solid understanding of standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, OWASP, GDPR)
- Familiarity with cloud security, DevSecOps practices and design of secure IT-architectures
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Dependable working style, hands-on, and as part of a team
- Solid project management skills and attention to detail
- Proficient oral and written English language skills; German is a plus
