Staff Scientist Positions in Cell Biology

            The Department of Cell Biology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine – Montefiore Cancer Center invites applications for a Staff Scientist positions from outstanding candidates who have had a Ph.D. or M.D & Ph.D. degree and completed 4-5 years of postdoc training in Cancer Biology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or a related field. Specifically, we seek candidates who have the previous experience with mouse models and single cell RNA sequencing analyses, and also be highly self-motivated, and strong desire to learn and improve.

            The candidate will join Dr. ZJ Sun’s group (https://einsteinmed.edu/faculty/17939/zijie-sun/) to investigate the roles of stem cells and stem cell niches in prostate development and tumorigenesis using “cutting-edge” in vivo models and advanced experimental approaches and analyses. The salary range for this role is $67,000 - $73,000 based on experience.
