We invite applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level. The successful candidate will develop a well-funded research program addressing molecular mechanisms of disease that complements existing areas of strength in our department, including structural biology, biosensors, metabolism, epigenetics, gene expression, genome stability and cellular dynamics. Faculty research programs are well supported by several state-of-the-art core facilities (https://www.upstate.edu/research/facilities). The applicant will also contribute to graduate and medical teaching. The position comes with competitive start-up funds and is fully state-supported with a guaranteed 12-month salary base and fringe benefits.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. or equivalent, postdoctoral experience, and a strong publication record.
