The Department of Biological Chemistry at the University of Michigan Medical School invites applications for tenure-track or tenured faculty positions at the Assistant/Associate/Full Professor levels. We seek colleagues whose research defines and addresses cutting-edge questions in any area of biological chemistry using biochemical, cellular, structural and/or computational approaches while training the next generation of scientific leaders.
Successful candidates will join a vibrant interdisciplinary and collaborative community with interests that span a wide range of fundamental questions and molecular, cellular, and organismal systems. Qualifications include a Ph.D. and/or M.D., a strong record of research accomplishments, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion in the biomedical sciences. Applicants for Associate and Full Professor should have a history of exceptional independent research, funding, and contributions to the scientific community.
