The Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center (SKCCC) at Jefferson Health in Philadelphia, PA is excited to announce new basic science faculty positions. We are particularly interested in investigators (PhD, MD, or MD/PhD) with research expertise in the following areas:
- Tumor immunology Lung cancer Aging and cancer Transcriptional networks and epigenetics
Preference will be given to investigators focused on SKCCC catchment area priorities including breast cancer, prostate cancer, colon cancer and multiple myeloma as well as lung cancer.
The Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center (SKCCC) is an NCI-designated consortium cancer center that includes researchers from Thomas Jefferson University and Drexel University. SKCC strongly encourages translation and trans-disciplinary science. Modern facilities include cryo-EM, single cell sequencing and spatial transcriptomics. Recruited faculty will be provided generous start-up funds, a competitive salary, and a tenure-track appointment in an appropriate department of the Sidney Kimmel Medical College.
