The Microbial Sciences Institute (MSI) at Yale University, in partnership with the Department of Biomedical Informatics & Data Science at Yale School of Medicine, seeks applicants for an assistant professor tenure track faculty position in computational microbiology. Current research areas include chemistry and genetics of host-microbe interaction, microbial community dynamics and function, and structural biology of microbes.
