The Systems Engineer is responsible for facilitating and enabling delivery of ARWA projects in the successful realisation of waste management and disposal solutions through the application of systems engineering. You will assist with identifying systems engineering requirements and provide advice and expertise to other teams in relation to the implementation of systems engineering processes across ARWA projects.
The key duties of the position include:
- Implement safety concepts into ARWA’s design solutions.
- Promote a culture of safety and enhance engineering literacy and awareness among staff through knowledge sharing.
- Review work of other engineering disciplines to verify the engineering components of a project adequately interface with the work of other disciplines.
- Apply sound engineering principles to solve problems and make recommendations that promote safe outcomes.
