The ideal candidate will have a strong molecular biology and animal physiology skill set. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is interested in pursuing an exciting research career in academic science.

Job Duties

  • Reviews the scientific literature related to cholesterol biosynthesis in the intestine to gain a deep understanding of the research project.
  • Designs experiments in consultation with PI to address important gaps in the literature.
  • Performs experiments, analyzes data, and interprets findings. Results will be presented to the research team at weekly lab meetings.
  • Drafts manuscripts for publication on research findings.
