Qiushi Chair Professor

Requirements

• We're looking for scholars who have distinguished themselves with notable achievements and earned extensive recognition from international peers. This includes Nobel Prize laureates, Turing Award winners, Fields Medalists, or recipients of similar international accolades. We also welcome members of the Academies of Sciences or Engineering from developed countries, and other globally renowned scholars.

Qiushi Distinguished Scholar

Requirements

• We are inviting applications for prestigious positions including Qiushi Distinguished Professor, Qiushi Distinguished Professor for Teaching, Qiushi Distinguished Clinician, Qiushi Distinguished Engineer, and Qiushi Distinguished Scholar for Think Tank. Ideal candidates should hold a full professorship (or equivalent) at a renowned university. For Qiushi Distinguished Clinician, both professor and chief physician roles are typically required. We're looking for individuals with significant academic achievements in their fields, the ability to elevate their disciplines to the forefront of international research, and outstanding organizational leadership skills.

Requirements

• Applicants are expected to be permanent faculty members at high-level universities, recognized both nationally and internationally. We are seeking tenured professors who have demonstrated significant academic accomplishments in their respective fields. Candidates should show excellence in teaching, research, and student development, on par with tenured professors at leading universities. Additionally, we are inviting tenured associate professors who have made notable contributions and possess a degree of academic influence. Ideal candidates for this role should exhibit outstanding performance in teaching, research, and the cultivation of talent, comparable to a tenured associate professor at a prominent university.

1.Detailed Resume: Your resume should chronologically outline your academic and professional journey from your undergraduate studies to the present. Include published papers, work experience, significant teaching and research achievements, research projects you've undertaken, patents, and awards.

2.Three Representative Works: Submit three works that best showcase your abilities and accomplishments.

3.Research Proposal for ZJU: Present a detailed plan for the research you intend to conduct at Zhejiang University.

After Submission

Candidates who successfully pass the initial screening process will be invited for a video interview or asked to visit Hangzhou for further discussions. The initial screening will be completed within four weeks of receiving your application. If you have not received a response within six weeks, please assume that your application has not progressed to the next stage.
