Description: The Department of Biological Chemistry and Pharmacology in the College of Medicine at The Ohio State University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant, Associate or Full Professor. The successful candidate will join a vibrant, collaborative, and collegial department at The Ohio State University. The successful applicant will have an established research program in biochemistry, pharmacology or molecular genetics/genomics that will complement existing departmental and university strengths in RNA biology, chromosome biology, structural biology, neurological disorders and metabolism.
Qualifications: Applicants must have a Ph.D. and postdoctoral research experience. A proven record of research accomplishments in biochemistry, pharmacology, molecular biology or molecular genetics complimented by a strong publication record are required. Appointment is contingent on the university’s verification of credentials and other information required by law and/or university policies.
