The Computational & Systems Biology Program at MSK seeks innovative investigators for tenured or tenure-track positions at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Member level.

We seek applicants interested in solving fundamental biomedical problems using computational approaches, quantitative experimental methods, or both. Experience developing modern machine learning techniques or microscopy are of particular interest, though we encourage applications from strong applicants across all areas of computational and systems biology.

Candidates will have a strong interdisciplinary skillset, a doctoral-level degree, and the potential to develop an independent, collaborative research program. MSK offers a highly collaborative, supportive, and dynamic research environment with basic and translational programs in Computational & Systems Biology, Developmental Biology, Molecular Pharmacology & Chemistry, Cancer Biology & Genetics, Structural Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, and Human Oncology and Pathogenesis, as well as unparalleled clinical programs in cancer research, treatment, and prevention. We draw our students from multiple programs, including Tri-Institute Computational Biology and Medicine program providing students with exceptional computational skills.

Salary range for these positions is $225,000-$350,000. Starting pay for new hires typically falls within the range listed, based on candidate qualifications and experience, as well as other variables. This range represents annual salary only and does not include any one-time payments that eligible candidates may be offered at the time of hire.
