YOUR ROLE
- We are a market-leading and ambitious sales team in the metal packaging sector looking for an enthusiastic sales professional that dares to make an impact in the green transformation of the metal packaging industry
- This position is reporting directly to the head of sales Northern Europe and responsible for sales of the complete Henkel product portfolio for metal packaging, incl. surface treatments and sealants
- You will cover South Germany, Switzerland, and Austria as well as further European Key Accounts in metal packaging
- Develop & execute account strategies with focus on innovation & sustainability for metal packaging
- Execute sales plans (short, mid & long term) and tactics to proactively develop our sales pipeline and achieve our agreed financial targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and proactively take over projects at our customers, including the coordination with Technical Customer Service to conduct line trials of our new innovative and sustainable solutions
- Provide input to management on customers needs, business trends and competitive situations in your area of responsibility and provide clear direction to Henkel cross-functional teams on where-to-play and how-to-win
YOUR SKILLS
- University degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, Engineering or similar
- Minimum 5 years work experience, ideally including experience in sales in metal packaging (Key account, international sales)
- Experience in business development and sales in a production industry
- High level of initiative and ambition to drive sales and profitability in the metal packaging industry
- S trong communication, teamwork and organizational skills
- Fluent English and very good German language skills
- Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week as part of the job
