YOUR ROLE

  • Manage product data throughout its lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency. This includes data entry, data validation, and data maintenance tasks.
  • Manage changes to product information, such as revisions, updates, and version control. This involves ensuring that changes are properly documented, communicated, and implemented within the PLM system.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams involved in the product lifecycle. This may involve coordinating meetings, fostering collaboration tools, and ensuring that relevant information is shared effectively.
  • Ensure that the PLM system meets quality standards and targets. This includes conducting audits, performing quality checks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee the management of product-related documentation, including specifications, requirements, design documents, test plans, and regulatory compliance documentation.
  • Foster collaboration and communication among various departments involved in the product lifecycle.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, to evaluate potential suppliers of alternative raw materials based on criteria such as quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, sustainability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Execute Lab work to ensure alternative raw material quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with research and development teams to assess new Product Development initiatives.


YOUR SKILLS

  • An undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any relevant field
  • Excellent command over Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions for optimization.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of product data, specifications, and documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Willingness to stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in PLM and related fields through continuous learning and professional development activities.
