YOUR ROLE

• Support the development of forecasting process for Packaging division in Adhesives to improve innovation deployment
• Get the exciting opportunity to work in a multicultural environment with team across Europe in a Business planning team with international setup
• Lead the cross-functional project to improve forecast performance and innovation deployment
• Develop research to detect significant / foreseeing variances of customer orders vs. forecast
• Review the forecast KPIs and top bias drivers together with business planning and sales teams to work out actions, adjust forecast and coordinate the statistical model improvements
• Investigate the existing best practices in demand planning and demand management of other SBUs in Adhesives and incorporate their implementation

YOUR SKILLS

• Student with good knowledge of supply chain management or related field
• Practical experience in sales, marketing strategy or business development is a plus
• Fluent English language skills, German language is a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint, SAP (SNP, APO DP) is advantageous
• Strong analytical mind and proactive team player with ability to follow and understand big-picture trends
• Capability to turn numbers and data into reliable insights
• Exceptional communicational and excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

We offer you an attractive salary between € 800-2025. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
