YOUR ROLE

  • Lead Japan AE team to achieve business targets by closing key sales and innovation projects with clear identification & effective execution of top projects
  • Lead Japan AE team to identify technical capability building up needs according to business targets, and take initiatives to achieve
  • Implement SBU business strategy to ensure full strategic alignment and correct resource allocation; d) Build up strong talent pipeline within Japan AE team


YOUR SKILLS

  • Strong leadership commitment to lead JP AE team to achieve defined responsibility
  • Good understanding of adhesive related technology/applications
  • Good understanding of electronics industry and related applications
  • Strong people management skills
  • Strong engineering capability to solve complicated technical problems
  • Good understanding of adhesive related chemistry
  • Global working experience to adapt different culture
