YOUR ROLE
- Develop project plans, outlining scope, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables to guide the project from initiation to completion. Projects can follow both Waterfall and Agile methods
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure efficient resource allocation to meet project goals within financial constraints
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring proactive problem-solving
- Effectively communicate project progress, milestones, and potential issues to stakeholders
YOUR SKILLS
- Master's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- 6+ years of professional experience, preferably in IT project management
- Comprehensive understanding of IT technologies, comfort with project management software and tools (Azure DevOps), and eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies and methodologies
- Understanding of the organization's strategic goals and how IT projects support them, ability to translate technical requirements into measurable business value, and effective communication and negotiation skills to align stakeholder interests
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective teamwork with team members and stakeholders
- Organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks, deadlines and resources
- Good at identifying and solving problems, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to project management
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and unforeseen circumstances
- Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
Full-time occupation is preferred but part-time would be possible (at least 80%).
