Your Role:

• Maintain SHE Requirement of Henkel, IMS (IATF16949, ISO 45000, ISO 14000, EnMS 50001) Systems

• Conduct the regular audits and improve the systems, Conduct regular training to the staff, operators and Contractual; Manage the emergency / safety committee activities, Conduct Process risk assessments / job safety analysis for any new process or change in the processes, Incident investigation, root cause analysis, HAZOP,

• Liaison with PCB, Fire and Health Departments to ensure all the statutory requirements, MIS,

• Regular improvement based on the PRA/JSA outcome, Monitor and Work Continuously to reduce hazardous waste generation and disposal, Monitor and achieve Global Sustainability Targets,

• SWA / SUSA conversation points closure and improve quality of SUSA conversation,

• Ensuring 100% PPE Adherence in Plant, Improving the Behavioral Safety in Plant team etc.

Your Skills:

• Minimum 5 years work experience in supervisory capacity in a Factory; or Recognized Diploma in any branch of Engineering/Technology along with minimum 2 years work experience in supervisory capacity in a Factory

• Recognized Degree in any branch of Engineering with Diploma in Industrial Safety from an Institute under DGFASLI or a full-time Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety for at least one year from a recognized University incorporated under the Central or State Acts or Department of Technical Education or Board of Technical Education of any State / Union Territories / Government of India

• Member or an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers (India) along with minimum 5 years work experience in supervisory capacity in a Factory; or Recognized Degree in Physics/Chemistry along

• Adequate knowledge of Tamil language
