YOUR ROLE

• Actively engage in new product development process such as polymer, coating, adhesive.
• Proactively search for new ideas and technology from within or outside.
• Executes lab testing and generates test data and documentation.
• Assure all work is carried out in a safe manner, and products and processes comply with all regulatory requirements
• Translates customer and market feedback into technical specifications and develops product formulations and applicable data packages for specific customers and general market.

YOUR SKILLS

• Organic/polymer chemistry and lab synthesis/testing skills.
• Data analysis and documentation.
• Basic digital skills such as MS office tools (word, ppt, xls)
• Advanced instrumental analysis to characterize their performance is plus.

The salary for this role is $58,300.00 - $73,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
