The Department of Pharmacology at Tulane University School of Medicine is currently recruiting for a tenure-track position at the level of Assistant Professor. Areas of preferred expertise include but are not limited to Vascular Biology, Metabolomics, and Neuroscience. The requirements for this position include having either a Ph.D., M.D., D.M.D., D.O. degree, or equivalent; 3-4 years of postdoctoral research experience; a distinguished record of scholarly activity, and the ability to participate in departmental teaching. Attention will be given to applicants whose areas of research complement and strengthen existing research areas within the Department and the wider School of Medicine. Preference will be given to applicants with NIH or equivalent funding at the K-award or higher level.
